RESCHEDULED: The Great Hotdish Bake-Off

Hello friends,

As you know, we’ve been hard at work getting ready for the annual Great Hotdish Bake-Off, where star bakers compete for glory and prizes through creating and serving their signature hotdish creations.

It was brought to our attention by a few proactive teams that this weekend’s forecast calls for more snow than anticipated (7-9 inches overnight on Friday). Understanding that this affects the number of teams able to participate, as well as the number of community members able to attend—and to prioritize safety while traveling—, we’ve made the decision to reschedule this year’s Bake-off to Saturday, March 8, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.!

The event will still take place at the Legacy of the Lakes BoatHouse, but this will also give participants more time to hone their recipes and maybe even free a few more teams to join us (it could be you!)

We understand that rescheduling events comes with its own hurdles and inconveniences, and very much appreciate your understanding. Our goal is to create the best programming possible for our community, and we make this decision with your safety, ability to join us, and overall experience top of mind.
